"I have been with Greg Vincent at State Farm for at least 30 years! He and his team are amazing and go above and beyond to help care for our many needs and is like part of our family now as we can call day or night in case of emergencies or severe weather. Just any accident we have had over past 30 years! We have every policy with Greg! Our Home Owners Policy, our Life Insurance Policies, all our Vehicles including our kiddos cars, my Jewelry Policy, our Liability Policy we added for any injury or issue on our property as we have alot of land. I guess what matters to me is not to have an agent who only cares about his bottom line BUT INSTEAD truly cares about the well being of the families he provides such critical care for in their daily lives. He has our back for lack of a better wording and is a GOOD HONEST MAN! At times that is a rare commodity today to find! I would not post this if I didn't believe this with all my heart. Good man, excellent support team who always is there and jumps on any and every call we make so what more could you ask for truly. Patti Weihe"

Rene Braum graciously took us into her office, answered questions, took the time to hunt down answers & got a claim reopened that had been shut down. She took us, unannounced, and gave us her best, for as long as it needed to take. I would highly recommend them for your insurance needs."

"A lightning strike at our house caused the interruption of several pieces of equipment. While some were repaired or replaced by other vendors, State Farm took responsibility for our destroyed air conditioning and garage door opening systems. Never have I been treated so well in my 62 years of exclusive coverage with State Farm including home, vehicles, and umbrella coverage. Every person I spoke with treated me like a king (I hadn't been accustomed to this!) and was quick to assure me of their concern for our welfare. Literally within a day, I think, we received notices that our dual claims were being satisfied and we would receive a significant portion of our expense back. Greg Vincent's office was kind enough to follow up with me to see if we were satisfied. I'm glad we remained with State Farm all these years. The people working for them today have profoundly raised the bar!"

She emailed all the quotes requested, and was very knowledgeable and personable. Even though the difference in price was not enough to entice is to switch insurers, I would still highly recommend them for their knowledge, customer service, and genuine efforts to offer a better rate."
